The homosexual activist picked by the Obama administration to oversee the Office of Safe Schools in the U.S. Department of Education now claims he should have handled a situation while he was a teacher involving a sexually active student "differently," but the statement from Kevin Jennings fails to express "regret."

WND has reported on Jennings' philosophies several times, including just days ago when the Washington Times encouraged him to "come clean" about his actions in the encounter with the 15-year-old student.

"A teacher was told by a 15-year-old high school sophomore that he was having homosexual sex with an 'older man.' At the very least, statutory rape occurred. Fox News reported that the teacher violated a state law requiring that he report the abuse. That former teacher, Kevin Jennings, is President Obama's 'safe school czar.' ... Clearly, the process for vetting White House employees has broken down," the Times editorial board said.

"In this one case in which Mr. Jennings had a real chance to protect a young boy from a sexual predator, he not only failed to do what the law required but actually encouraged the relationship."

The Mission America ministry has documented Jennings' career extensively and said his biggest accomplishment has been the founding the Gay, Lesbian, Straight Education Network, which lobbies for homosexual activities in public schools

Check it out yourself and be on the watch for the use of material from this website in your childrens classrooms. Our 3rd grade grandson brought this worksheet home a few weeks ago. My daughter was outraged. It generated a good family discussion with all of the kids which boiled down to: "A lot of people believe this, We don't and Here's why".

Timeforkids provides "free" classroom material and It seems like teachers in our district are allowed ot use them. I asked a school board member about the approval process for such sources and could not get a straight answer. I'm going to keep on trying to find out just what the process is, my gut feeling now is that there just isn't any.

Elementary School Students Reportedly Taught Songs Praising President Obama

A video posted on YouTube appears to show a New Jersey elementary school class being taught to sing praises of the "great accomplishments" of President Obama.

The video shows nearly 20 young children taught a song overflowing with campaign slogans and praise for "Barack Hussein Obama," repeatedly chanting the president’s name and celebrating his accomplishments, including his "great plans" to "make this country’s economy No. 1 again.

The video identifies the kids as students at the B. Bernice Young Elementary School in Burlington, N.J., with taping taking place last June.

The song quotes directly from the spiritual "Jesus Loves the Little Children," though Jesus’ name is replaced with Obama’s: "He said red, yellow, black or white/All are equal in his sight. Barack Hussein Obama."

Among other lyrics, touting a fair-pay bill Obama signed in January: "He said we must be clear today/Equal work means equal pay."

The author of the full lyrics is unknown, but a woman — possibly a teacher — can be heard in the beginning of the video correcting and helping a student who has forgotten the words…

Maybe this is one of those ACORN partnership schools.

If it isn’t, it might as well be.

By the way, Fox News seems to be the only media outlet covering this story so far.

This coming Tuesday, President Obama is set to deliver a speech on education and its importance to students at Wakefield High School in Arlington, VA.

The speech also will be broadcast on the White House's Web site, and Education Secretary Arne Duncan has encouraged principals across the country to have their students tune in.

Yet somehow, the chairman of the Florida Republican Party, Jim Greer, believes Obama's speech as a platform "to spread" his "socialist ideology."

"Mark Murray,"... how do YOU KNOW that his speech will ONLY emphasize the importance of education?  Aren't you supposed to REPORT (what actually happened) and not Project (what WILL ACTUALLY happen)?  We know Pres Obama believes strongly in community organizing and getting young people actively involved and that involvement (whether thru ACORN or others) overwhelmingly is tilted liberal. Pres Obama is a follower of Saul Alinsky who also emphasize reaching the youth with their philosophies.  Pres Obama also was known to rave about Bill Ayer's books and ideas about education.  Ayers himself went to Venezuela and raved with praise about the Venezuelan education system (championed by the dictator Chavez) which AGAIN emphasizes reaching their kids at a young age and getting them involved in what THEY (the gov't) deem important.  So PlEASE don't condescendingly accuse those who oppose this idea of him speaking directly to our kids as being paranoid or anatagonistic.  There's a reason why other presidents did NOT do this--it's not their job.  We can respect the presidency and still NOT want that position or person lecturing our kids.  And in the case of Pres Obama, most of us are already very tired and leary of his lecturing--it's empty and hyporcritical."

Those cautionary words haunt us now as we discover that 5m adults have not worked since Labour came to power 12 years ago. Even excluding those who are in education or have only recently completed it, and discounting those who have left the labour market through age or ill health, 2.5m have been jobless since 1997 at least. There are now 3.3m households — one in six — with no one over the age of 16 in employment and 1.9m children living in families without a parent in work.

While the recession is increasing the numbers, it clearly did not cause the problem.
